The Thrifty Nickel is a nod to the old market tradition — nothing wasted, everything put to good use. Each box is built from what remains after our primary CSA and shares are filled, gathered from the most recent butcher dates. That means you get a rotating mix of cuts at a true value, with every pound still fresh and true to our standard: never more than 30 days from butchery at pickup. Each Delivery or pickup includes a minimum of 40 lbs of gmo free chicken, pork and Beef.

▾ Pickup / Delivery
Pickup available at our farmers market locations or scheduled farm pickups. Boxes are prepared according to our butcher schedule, typically within 1–6 weeks. Only subscriptions are eligible for delivery.
