The Farm Share is a favorite for splitting with family, friends, and/or neighbors.
Two households can divide the share approximately in half, giving each household around 100 lb of meat. Several households can also divide the individual cuts based on what each family prefers.

Freezer recommendations are intentionally liberal. Actual space needed will vary with package size, freezer design and organization.
Weights & Quantities Important information about natural variation IMPORTANT INFO +
Every animal and every carcass is naturally different. The weights and quantities listed above are close estimates based on expected processing yields.
One beef may produce larger T-Bones and therefore fewer individual steaks, while another may produce smaller steaks and a higher steak count. Pork chops, roasts, ribs, bacon and other cuts naturally vary in the same way.
We adjust each Farm Share to account for these natural differences.
Every Farm Share includes a minimum of 100 lb Grass-Fed & Finished Beef and 100 lb GMO-Free Pork. Individual cut weights and quantities may vary, and your final share may weigh more — never less.
