Grass fed and finished through two winters on non-sprayed pastures. Dry-aged, USDA inspected, and hand-packed on our Kentucky farm.

Steaks

• 4 Bone-in Ribeyes – ≈ 12.75 oz each
• 4 T-Bone Steaks – ≈ 22 oz each
• 2 Bone-in Sirloins – ≈ 19.5 oz each
• 1–2 Top Sirloins – ≈ 8–16 oz each
• 1 Other Steak (Flank, Skirt, or Flat Iron) – ≈ 8–10 oz each

Roasts

• 1 Bone-in Arm Roast – 3–4 lb
• 2 Chuck Roasts – 8–9 lb total
• 1 Rump or Boneless Chuck Roast – 2.5 lb +

Grind

• 22–24 lb Ground Beef
• 112–128 oz Beef Patties (4 per pack)
• 80–96 oz Beef Frank Brats (4 per pack)

Other Cuts

• 2 lb Shanks
• 3 lb Short Ribs
• 4–5 lb Suet Fat
• 6–7 lb Soup Bones

Approximate Yield: 140–150 total servings
