Our Ground Beef comes in two handcrafted options — both packed in 1 lb portions (5 lbs total). Cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished, raised with room to roam on open pasture for beef that’s naturally rich in flavor and quality.

Every grind is GMO-free and junk-free, with no antibiotics, no hormones, and no shortcuts.

Standard Ground Beef – 5 lbs

Gourmet Ground Beef (Sirloin & Chuck Grind) – 5 lbs

A premium blend of sirloin and chuck for a richer, juicier grind. Ideal for steakhouse-style burgers, meatballs, or recipes where depth of flavor matters.
