Our wholesale program is built the old way: straight cases, honest weight, no smoke and mirrors. Cuts are sold in bulk or retail packs so we can supply whoever shows up ready — restaurants, delivery kitchens, or shops looking to stock their shelves with real food.

We keep it simple: a 4-case or $1,000 minimum per order. Local businesses can meet us on Saturdays at the farmers market, shake hands, and pick up wholesale goods alongside whatever else they need. For everyone else, delivery runs are available when orders are stacked and ready. And for the first time, our wholesale ordering is open to the public — because good meat shouldn’t hide behind closed doors.

How It Works

Once you purchase, we’ll send an invoice. Depending on how often you work with us (and the trust we’ve built), you’ll be on net-14 or net-20 terms. That’s old-fashioned business — done by people, not platforms. 

You can now subscribe to our staple offerings. If chicken breast is a monthly must for your kitchen, a subscription ensures your order is always reserved and in stock—no last-minute worries, just a steady supply you can count on.

Some orders (like beef) may take extra time. We’re not a corporation with endless trucks and warehouses; we’re a family farm. We raise it, cut it, and move it ourselves. Plan ahead if you’re running menus, and we’ll do our best to keep you stocked without cutting corners.
