- 24lbs Boston Butt/Roasts 

- 20-24 Thick Cut Bone In Pork Chops

- 35-45lbs Breakfast Sausage - Sage or Mild (May have option to select Chorizo) 

- 10 lbs Pork Bratwurst 

- Plus Soup Bones, Pork Fat and, Shanks or Hocks (By Request) 

This is a Non-Refundable deposit for a Whole Hog. Whole and Half hogs are distributed in a first come, first served basis. Wait time for whole and half hogs can be as little as 3 weeks or as long as 6 weeks. As Always, our animals are never fed genetically modified organisms (GMO's). Our pigs are supplemented with a ground whole grain diet and organic minerals from Fertrell.
