3-4 Large wings per pack

Our pasture-raised turkey wings are characterized by their exceptional quality and flavor. They are tender, juicy, and boast a rich, distinctive taste that sets them apart from conventionally raised poultry. The birds' active lifestyle and varied diet of insects, seeds, and grasses contribute to the development of robust, flavorful meat that is a true delight for discerning palates.

How to Cook:

  • 3-4 pasture-raised turkey wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the turkey wings in a large baking dish or roasting pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the wings, then rub the garlic and herb mixture evenly onto each wing, making sure to coat all sides.
  4. Pour the chicken or turkey broth into the baking dish around the wings, being careful not to wash off the seasoning. This will help keep the wings moist during cooking.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture starts to bubble and thicken slightly. Remove from heat.
  7. After the wings have baked for 1 hour, remove the foil and brush the glaze evenly over each wing. Return the wings to the oven, uncovered, and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute and the flavors to meld.
  9. Transfer the wings to a serving platter, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve hot.

 Enjoy!
