Cooking a top sirloin steak is straightforward, and you can achieve a delicious result whether you’re grilling, pan-searing, or broiling. Here’s a simple guide for each method:

Grilling:

  1. Prepare the steak: Remove the steak from the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling. Season it generously with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like.
  2. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using charcoal, wait until the coals are glowing red and slightly ashy.
