Package includes:
- 8-10lbs Cured & Smoked Bacon
- 10-12 lbs Boston Butt/Roasts
- 10-12 Thick Cut Pork Chops (Rib End, Center Cut, Porterhouse, French Cut & Sirloin)
- 2 packs of spare ribs or sliced & Smoked Hams.
- 20-30 lbs Breakfast Sausage (sage or mild)
- 5 Lbs Forest Pork Bratwurst
- Pork Shanks or hock (whole or Sliced) (By Request)
- Pork Fat and Soup Bones (by Request) * Fat comes in 8-15lb packs depending on the pig.

As Always, our animals are never fed genetically modified organisms (GMO's). Our pigs are supplemented with a ground whole grain diet and organic minerals from Fertrell.
